I started my professional career in 2007 as a systems engineer with IPMagix - formerly known as Middle East Network Solutions MNS - and by 2009 specialized in voice over IP VoIP. focus on design, architecture, consulting, and technologies.
I worked in Nile.Com by 2009 as Unified Communications UC and Voice Consultant to expand and widen my knowledge areas, and with hard work got elevated to consultant and a team leader, to get more responsibilities with project management tasks. I participated PMI PMP training in 2011 to become a project manager role and initiated the PMO department and led it as PMO Manager since 2012. I moved into the same firm to better use my technical capabilities to manage the technical team as a Resource Manager by 2013, and as a Service Delivery Director by 2015. to finally back to project management as a PMO Director since 2018.
That journey gifted me 14+ years of passionate experience and in-depth hands-on in the IT industry as a Project/Program/Protfolio Manager and Director, Resource Manager and as a Service Delivery Manager and Director.
